Four steps. Most of the work happens before the first hammer swings.
You tell us what you want to do. We give you an honest range based on jobs we've actually built. If the number works for you, we meet at the house. If it doesn't, nobody wasted a Saturday.
We design and engineer around the number you can spend, instead of pricing an architect's drawing after the fact. Selections get made now, not mid-build.
You get a fixed-price contract with a detailed scope. Permits, engineering and material lead times are handled before demo day.
Our project manager runs the site daily. You get regular updates, one point of contact, and a final walkthrough. Two-year workmanship warranty.
We start at your house (or on a video call if you're not local). Goals, how you live, what the space has to do. You get a range before we go further. Design runs 4 to 12 weeks depending on scope: layouts, renderings where they help, and every selection from cabinets to door hardware, made while there's still time to change your mind for free.
Drawings finalized, engineering done, permits submitted, materials ordered and lead times confirmed. You get a fixed-price proposal with a detailed scope. We also plan how the build affects your household: where the crew parks, what gets protected, when the water's off.
Our project manager runs the site. Trades are scheduled and supervised, quality is checked at every stage, and you get updates without having to ask. Changes are priced before they happen. It ends with a walkthrough and a punch list we close out.
Manuals, warranties, and a two-year workmanship warranty. Most of our clients come back for the next project or send a neighbor.
Tell us what you're thinking. We'll give you an honest range before anyone drives anywhere.
