We've built A-frames, a steel cantilever house and conventional homes on lake lots and wooded acreage. Ground-up work is about half of what we do.

You own the land or you're buying it. We can look at a parcel with you before you close.
We design to your budget from the first meeting. Plans, engineering, site and grading plans, well and septic coordination, permits.
Fixed price contract. Two-year workmanship warranty from occupancy.
Typical range: $300 to $400+ per square foot of finished space, house only.
