Design and preconstruction: 1 to 3 months. Construction: three weeks for a deck, a year for a custom home, and everything in between. You get a real schedule before signing, not a guess.
Usually. We talk through logistics early and plan around your routine. Whole-house renovations are easier if you can be out for part of it.

Two years on workmanship. On a new build it starts at occupancy.
